Are You a Premium Member?

The Thermometer: As a subscriber, you also get Prioritized Customer Service Support. When you make a request through Service Centre in the app it’s flagged and we can handle it at a faster pace. If you are using the web form, make sure to provide your email or phone number that’s linked to your premium account, so we can locate you.
